One of the most outspoken advocates of plastic surgery has finally decided that she has had enough and won’t ever again go under the knife to make herself look years younger.

Sharon Osbourne, 54, started with a face-lift and brow-lift before going under a series of operations on her neck, breasts, arms, tummy, bum, and legs. She also got a gastric band inserted, which she also decided to remove later.

“I was following a dream,” she tells The Sun. “I've had enough. Surgery is agony - you don't just wake up with huge breasts. That boob job was the worst thing I ever did. The op to remove my band really did me in. I'm too old for all that.”

Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne have been married for almost 25 years, but they still claim to having a really healthy—make that red-hot—sex life. "We've been married nearly 25 years," she revealed. "The best thing I ever did was getting my bust implants. He loves them. He is like a newborn baby."
