Did Katie Holmes have a nose job?

According to this Michigan-based cosmetic surgeon, Katie’s nose looks quite thinner than before, a possible result of a rhinoplasty with the removal of part of the nasal cartilage. The removal process is often performed using a closed technique where all the scars are inside the nose.

Dr. Youn adds:

Personally, I like the older nose better, but the newer one makes her look more mature and older.

Tom Cruise’s beloved really does look a lot older these days with that new look. She is also is believed to have had lip augmentation because her lips are quite thicker. She obviously needs to have an eyelift too because the bags under her eyes are not nasty to say the least. Her cheekbones have looked more prominent so a facial lipo or a cheek implant must have been performed on her as well.

Katie has gone through a lot lately and many people think that her decision to live with Tom isn’t the best she ever made in her life. All this pressure and negative stimuli must have taken their toll on Katie’s face and body, thereby making her look a lot older than she is supposed to.
