However, that is not likely the case. It can be noted that during Jessica Alba’s pregnancy, she was seen going to the gym several times. She must have done that in order to expedite the process of gaining back her normal shape after giving birth.

As for the breast implant rumor that Jessica was involved in, it is still unclear as of the moment since we can’t really determine that right now while Jessica is breastfeeding her baby. Breasts naturally appear larger during and after pregnancy, especially in the breastfeeding stage.

We all know that Victoria 'Posh' Beckham has undergone plastic surgery as what her apparent breast implants would suggest. It is quite impossible for a woman her frame to have very round and firm breasts so even if Posh denies it, we know that something is fishy with those knockers.

There was a report in the past about the Beckhams undergoing a regular Botox treatments at their home in order to keep themselves from looking old. Sources revealed that they see both David and Victoria getting Botox injections in a regular basis to keep wrinkles at bay.

Closer Magazine reveals that the star plans to splash out £15,000 on dental work, £15,000 on a tummy tuck, £12,000 on a boob job, £5,000 on chemical peels and £8,000 on liposuction on her thighs and chin.

Britney Spears celebrated her first outing with her two sons since losing custody of her children by sporting a new set of collagen lips.

The struggling Pop Princess was seen last Sunday with her two kids driving in the San Fernando Valley. Britney was sucking on a Starbucks latte while showing off freshly puffed lips that looks like a product of lip injections.

Photos of Britney’s unusually large lips were all over the internet. Most people then conclude that Britney has had collagen injections to enlarge her lips.

Based on the recent photos, Britney’s upper lip looks unnaturally large and is pointing upwards. Her lower lip, which were normally more subdued have gained volume and definition. While these are indication of lip injections, nobody is certain whether Britney used Juvederm, Restylane, or Collagen injections to augment her lips.

Paris Hilton used to be flat-chested and she was famous for being such. It is no wonder then if a lot of eyebrows raised upon seeing the infamous heiress sporting a heavy-looking chest in one of her recent appearances.

Paris has vowed that she would never get plastic surgery but it looks like she has finally broken that vow after all the allegations and denials.

As always, Paris denied the allegations. She said that it is just a booster swimsuit featuring an internal push-up bra that emphasized her new curves. But rumors abound that Paris has gone under the knife, her anti-surgery stance notwithstanding.

Jessica Simpson admitted that she had lip injections last October 2006. She used Restylane then and was not happy with the results.

She said: “I had that Restylane stuff. It looked fake to me. I didn’t like that. But…it went away in, like, four months. My lips are back to what they were. Thank God!”

The whole world thinks Jessica has learned her lesson about her lip augmentation ordeal. But it seems that Jess is in for another round of lip injections.

According to the Daily Mail, the star, who rose to fame through such movies as Ghost and A Few Good Men, has already spent approximately 226,500 pounds, or some $424,500, on cosmetic surgical procedures such as liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, brow lift and most recently, knee surgery.

This is becoming quite common. You know, celebrities denying they’ve contacted their friendly neighborhood plastic surgeon and had something done.

Lindsay Lohan, who first captured the hearts of moviegoers at the age of 11 with a smashing debut in a remake of The Parent Trap, has vehemently denied long-standing rumors that she has had plastic surgery to augment her breasts.

FemaleFirst reports that the American Pie star’s confession appears in the new issue of Us Weekly. The article reveals that her initial breast implant and liposuction procedures gone wrong have left her “devastated”.

She tells American publication Us Weekly, "I got my breasts done for the first time because my breasts were uneven. I was a 34B, but the right one was always bigger than the left.

"I weigh 110 pounds (50 kilograms) now, but I always used to fluctuate by 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms), so my skin was kind of saggy. I figured, 'I'm in Hollywood, I'm getting older, I'm going to fix them.'"
