The Hills is an American TV series that has quite gained a lot of attention thanks to its bunch of sexy young stars namely Lauren Conrad, Audriana Patridge, and Heidi Montag.

Well, some people say that show is really shallow and somehow stupid, but these gorgeous young girls seem to receive a good following from their viewers.

However, some of those who follow them were actually just curious about which plastic surgery makeovers the cast has been involved with.

First up is Heidi Montag, who has recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure after her controversial breast augmentation surgery. Both operations actually went well, and Heidi was quite thrilled to show them off to the world by creating some bikini videos here and there with her boyfriend. She even made an official confession about the matter in a magazine though clearly, it was kinda too late to do such a thing. Everyone already knew.

Shakira has made a name for herself in the music industry with songs like “Underneath Your Clothes”, “Hips Don’t Lie”, and “Objection Tango.” Her recent single “Breasts Like Mountains” has also gained some massive support from the public.

Shakira looks fantastic in all of her videos. But many are speculating that though Shakira’s look is pretty fine to behold, there’s something about her current appearance that makes everyone wonder if she has turned to plastic surgery in the past.

However, the 30-year old Colombian pop singer denied allegations of her having plastic surgery. She admitted though that she was previously flirting with the idea of going under the knife on more than one occasion. She liked to have a breast augmentation and lip enhancement. But that was before, and now, she has made up her mind not to have as of the moment.

Moore has been denying the rumors that she had gone under the knife. But the “Licensed To Wed” star just couldn’t hide the fact that her nose appears to be different now than what is was years before. Did Mandy Moore get rhinoplasty surgery in the past?

Well, rumor has it that Miss Moore has had rhinoplasty sometime in the last three to five years. This means that she had surgery at the age of 20. This rumor has been supported by Moore’s younger photos. Then, she had a much wider nose and a round tip. Now, Mandy’s nose is a bit slimmer with a pointier tip. Her old nose had more pronounced nostrils but now, the young actress has nostrils that come in more inwardly, making her nose look smaller.

Rumor has it that Larry Birkhead, father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannie-Lynn, actually underwent a plastic surgery procedure called rhinoplasty, more commonly known as a nose job.

High school graduation photos of Larry Birkhead, who is now 34, reveal that he had his nose done when he was in his twenties.

Larry’s nose then had a wider tip and an outwardly projected bridge. The nose didn’t have a curve to it, contrary to how the current one looks like. Larry’s current nose looks a bit smaller with a perky little tip and the bridge has a softer inward curve.

Larry Birkhead’s rhinoplasty appears to be well done. It doesn’t appear unnatural and overdone. Though the boxer nose gave Larry a uniquely handsome look, this enhancement also gave him a distinct look that might have helped him win the heart of Anna Nicole.

This is also the same question Dr. Youn asks in his blog entry. According to this Michigan-based cosmetic surgeon, Katie’s nose looks quite thinner than before, a possible result of a rhinoplasty with the removal of part of the nasal cartilage. The removal process is often performed using a closed technique where all the scars are inside the nose.

Dr. Youn adds:

Personally, I like the older nose better, but the newer one makes her look more mature and older.

There has been quite a buzz going on whether Jennifer Aniston underwent rhinoplasty surgery a few days ago at Dr. Kanodia’s plastic surgery center in Beverly Hills. The former ‘Friends’ star was seen covering her nose as she left the surgeon’s office four hours after she came in. Dr. Kanodia, by the way, is said to be the same surgeon who did Ashlee Simpson’s and Cameron Diaz’s nose.

Jen’s publicist denied the allegations of a rhinoplasty saying that Jen just had a septum corrected that was incorrectly done 12 years ago.

Meanwhile, Inside Bay Area got Jen to spill the beans and got the real score.

Ever since the news that Cameron Diaz has decided to go for a nose job broke, countless camps have contended that the Charlie’s Angels star was just using her oft-broken nose as an excuse to get her nose cosmetically fixed, that she is just getting a nose job purely for vanity reasons.

Starpulse tells us how Diaz is begging to differ:

She explains, "My ear, nose and throat doctor said nostrils only work one at a time, I think. I only have one that works at any point, so when it's off, the other one doesn't come on. They're going to swipe it through. It's not cosmetic, it's just for breathing purposes. Half the oxygen isn't working for me any longer. There are moments where I can't remember things and I'm going to blame it on lack of oxygen. They're just going to go in and fix the bones. The septum's kind of like a derailed train; it kind of piles up on itself a few times. It's not cosmetic, it's purely medical."

Keeping tabs on the tabloids, we are quoting the Mail, which reported,

"Age has not yet caught up with Michael Jackson…cosmetic surgery unfortunately has."

Look now, it really is hard to put an age to that ensemble of a face -- pretty much the kind we're used to seeing atop Jackson’s lithe body. The inky-black sunglasses that stubbornly sit on Jackson's now warped nose might be the oldest thing on showbiz. Indeed, it's no longer all that unusual a look.

And the Mail blabbers "scarring caused by numerous cosmetic operations on his nose", deep "craters" on either sides of his nostrils" and the “stitched-on appearance of his hair..."

For a woman who has reportedly broken her nose no less than four times, it’s about time Shrek star Cameron Diaz did something about it. She’s having a nose job done.

The actress has broken her nose four times, including most recently when she came face to face with her surfboard while celebrating her 31st birthday in Hawaii.

Diaz tells W magazine she started experiencing breathing problems: “I’m over it. I’m getting it fixed.”

According to the New York Post, Diaz was so impressed with Ashlee Simpson’s nose job; she decided to contact Simpson’s doctor and booked an appointment.

For someone who just had an apparently successful nose job, it sure is surprising to hear Ashlee Simpson warn people about rushing into plastic surgery.

Nevertheless, her advice does make sense, as virtually all plastic surgeons—the legitimate ones at least—probably give their patients the same warning. Having plastic surgery is not a decision to be taken lightly. According to a LifeStyleExtra report:
