Reality star Janice Dickinson reportedly underwent a tummy tuck and a neck-lift procedure last Monday, according to Us Weekly. The report said that Dickinson’s plastic surgery was performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan. It should be noted that Dr. Ryan is the one who breast augmentation and rhinoplasty on The Hills star Heidi Montag.

A source close to Janice said that the star knows that people will think that she did not have to get a tummy tuck. However, the actress has been complaining about a lot of extra skin on her lower abdomen and she was dying to have tighter abs.

Four thousand girls aged 11 to 18 took part in the study and most of them are unhappy with their bodies in general and their weight in particular. Almost 60 percent wanted to lose weight so badly, and 45 percent said they knew someone who has an eating disorder.

One out of four teenage girls who were questioned or 27 percent of the total sample size said that they would get plastic surgery if they can afford it, and 2 percent already had their makeovers done.
